One Cart = same gift for everyone. Add items to a single cart and add your recipients. Each person receives the FULL contents of that cart. eg: 10 gins in your cart means every recipient receives 10 gins.

Multiple Carts = different gifts for different groups. Create separate carts (e.g: clients vs. staff).Each cart has its own items and is packed and shipped separately.
